Having moved into the home of Mr. and Mrs. Brownlow, Oliver has finally found the happiness he was searching for. Perhaps, he has even found his family.
Oliver is once again captured by the relentless gang of thieves. With the help of Mr. Brownlow, he escapes again and realizes that the most important things in life are family, love, and friendship.
