Mem Ararat I Mardin

Born in 1981 in a village in the Derik district of Mardin, Mem Ararat began his professional music career in 2013 with the release of his first studio album, "Quling Ewr û Baran" (Crane, Cloud, and Rain). Ararat quickly gained a wide audience and began to be followed with great interest. He went on to release albums such as "Kurdîka," "Xewna Bajarekî" (A City's Dream), "Niştiman" (Homeland), "Pesna Evînê" (Ode to Love), and "Keskesor" (Rainbow), establishing his unique style and earning a significant place in the music world. Blending traditional Kurdish music with modern touches, Ararat succeeded in touching souls with his self-written and composed songs. Each of his songs tells a story, taking listeners on an emotional journey. With concerts both domestically and internationally, Ararat has reached wide audiences and, despite his young age, has become one of the most listened to and well-known Kurdish musicians.
