A story of growth spanning three years, beginning with a tomato hitting the face of a young girl, set on a round island. The play, set on an island where Turks and Greeks coexist, tells the story of a three-year journey of growth for a 15-year-old girl, starting with a tomato hitting her face and continuing until she turns 18. Berfin Ertan portrays eight different characters on stage, and the play's most powerful emotional theme is the queer love the main character feels for a young Greek islander named Sesil. It's a shared narrative that walks a fine line between geography and the individual's heart.
