September 26, Saturday | Illuminated Kayak Experience with Live Music Date: Saturday, September 26 Location: Balat – Golden Horn, Istanbul We are combining the illuminated kayak experience with live music in Istanbul. In the evening, we will launch our colorful, illuminated kayaks into the Golden Horn, offering a unique experience with the backdrop of the Istanbul skyline. Throughout the event, three professional musicians (guitar, saxophone, and drums) will perform live. Participants will gather in designated areas with their kayaks and can enjoy the live music performance from the water. Sessions: 18:45 – 19:45 19:45 – 20:45 20:45 – 21:45 21:45 – 22:45 22:45 – 23:45 23:45 - 00:45 Participation and Event Rules: * Participants under the age of 15 are not allowed. * Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the event area. * Life jackets are mandatory and will be provided free of charge as part of the event. * Swimming skills are not required for participation. * Kayaks accommodate 2 people. * Participants who register to attend alone may be paired with another participant, depending on availability. * Participants must be present in the event area at least 15 minutes before the start of their session. * If a participant arrives late, the session will not be extended, and there is no guarantee of being moved to another session. * Minor changes to the start time may occur due to weather, sea conditions, and safety considerations. * Participants are required to follow the safety instructions provided by the event staff. * Individuals who engage in behavior that endangers safety may be removed from the event area. * Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. Ticket and Cancellation Policy: * The purchased ticket is valid only for the specified date and session. * If the ticket holder does not arrive on time or chooses not to participate in the event, no refund will be issued for the unused ticket. * Used tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different session. * In the event of cancellation by the organizer, ticket processing will be carried out in accordance with the valid cancellation and refund policies of the ticket sales platform. * The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather or sea conditions that are not suitable for safety. * By purchasing a ticket, participants are deemed to have accepted the event and participation rules.
