Havva

"Havva" is a play written by Sinem Koşar, inspired by the short story of the same name by Vüs'at O. Bener, a highly valued writer in Turkish literature, and the character of "Tina" from Irmak Zileli's award-winning novel "Son Bakış" (The Last Glance). It draws inspiration from women who define their own destinies. Unlike the original story, the play avoids melodrama, never stops being humorous, and follows Havva's perspective as she perseveres with determination and hope, no matter what. Havva's motto is, "THIS STORY WILL CHANGE!" Havva refuses to be crushed by the label of "the other," and with her unwavering determination and passion, she constantly seeks solutions, never giving up on her experiences or her circumstances. Her perception of the connection between her childhood and the present, the breaks between dreams and reality, and the games she plays, all contribute to her vibrant world, which inspires hope. Despite everything, she believes in the power and light of our shared existence, rather than succumbing to darkness.
