In this special night, where fairy chimneys, caves, fire, light, and music come together, the boundaries between reality and imagination will disappear. HALLOWEEN IN CAPPADOCIA is more than just a party; it's a unique night experience that brings together music, atmosphere, performances, and a select group of people in the unique setting of Cappadocia. Note: The event will be held with limited capacity. If the capacity is reached, door sales may not be available, and ticket sales may be terminated by the organizers. DRESS CODE This is not an ordinary night. It is highly recommended that you come dressed in a costume, clothing, mask, and makeup that are appropriate for the spirit of Halloween. Our guests are expected to prepare in a way that aligns with the Halloween concept to be a part of the night's atmosphere and to transform this special experience in Cappadocia into a visual spectacle together. If you do not want to do your own makeup or need professional assistance with Halloween makeup, professional makeup services will be available at the event venue. Makeup services may be charged separately at the event venue. The organizers reserve the right to make arrangements regarding entry for clothing and accessories that are clearly contrary to the event concept or are not suitable from a safety perspective. No:10, 50420 Mustafapaşa / Ürgüp / Nevşehir The event will be held at Seraphim Cave & Spa Hotel. There is a limited number of parking spaces around the hotel. EVENT RULES & PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS 1. AGE LIMIT The event is open to participants aged 18 and over. Participants under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter the event venue, even with a parent or guardian. A valid official identification check may be performed at the entrance. Participants who cannot present identification or do not meet the age requirement will not be admitted to the event. No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased by participants who do not meet the age requirement. 2. TICKETS AND ADMISSION Tickets will be checked upon entry to the event using a QR code. Participants must have their tickets readily available on their phones and must be prepared to present valid photo identification if requested. Each ticket can only be used once. Copied, counterfeit, invalid, or previously used tickets will not be accepted. It is recommended to purchase tickets only through authorized sales channels. Possessing a valid ticket does not guarantee admission to the event under all circumstances. 3. PARTICIPANT EXPERIENCE The event will strive to maintain a balanced ratio of male and female participants. The purpose of this policy is to maintain the social balance, safety, atmosphere, and overall participant experience of the event. The organizers reserve the right to modify, restrict, or implement different admission policies based on the physical conditions of the event location, its capacity, security requirements, and the distribution of participants on the day of the event. If deemed necessary, admission restrictions may be applied, particularly for participants attending alone. Therefore, possessing a ticket does not guarantee admission. Decisions made by the organizers regarding admission are implemented to ensure the safety and order of the event. 4. SECURITY CHECK Security checks, including bag checks and checks of personal belongings, may be conducted at the event entrance for security purposes. Participants are required to comply with the instructions of security personnel. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the event area: • Weapons and items that could be considered weapons • Sharp and pointed objects • Flammable or explosive materials • Fireworks and similar pyrotechnic products • Laser pointers • Equipment that could pose a security risk • Drugs and illegal substances • Over-the-counter medications and controlled substances 5. MEDICATIONS AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES Over-the-counter medications are not permitted in the event area. For medications prescribed by a doctor that a participant needs to take regularly, proof of prescription, a medical report, or other relevant medical documentation may be required. The possession, use, or distribution of drugs or illegal substances within the event area is strictly prohibited. If such items are detected during security checks, the individual may be denied entry to the event area, and law enforcement may be notified if necessary. 6. FOOD AND DRINKS Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the event area. The event area will have bars and food/beverage services available. Alcoholic beverages will be served in accordance with all applicable laws and the event area's service policies. Individuals who consume excessive amounts of alcohol and pose a risk to themselves or others may be removed from the event area. 7. VIOLENCE, HARASSMENT, AND OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR Any form of physical violence, threats, fights, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, discriminatory behavior, and any other behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of other participants is strictly prohibited. Individuals engaging in such behavior will be removed from the event area without any refund, regardless of their ticket category, social status, or gender. In necessary cases, relevant security personnel or law enforcement agencies will be notified. 8. WRISTBANDS AND RE-ENTRY Wristbands will be issued according to the ticket category for entry into the event. Once a wristband is issued, it must be worn throughout the event and should not be removed. Removed, torn, or damaged wristbands will be considered invalid. In such cases, the participant will not be allowed to re-enter the event area. The organization will determine whether participants who leave the event area are allowed to re-enter. 9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING Professional photography and video recording will be conducted during the event. All participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs and videos taken during the event, and that these images may be used by the organization for promotional, advertising, social media, and communication purposes. It is prohibited to take photographs or videos that intrude on the privacy of other participants. 10. PROFESSIONAL CAMERA AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT The use of professional cameras, professional audio recording equipment, large-scale video equipment, tripods, drones, and similar equipment is not permitted within the event area without the written permission of the organization. Personal photography and video recording using mobile phones are permitted, but participants must not intrude on the privacy of other participants. 11. LOST AND STOLEN ITEMS Participants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The organization is not responsible for the loss, misplacement, or theft of phones, wallets, bags, accessories, clothing, or any other personal items. 12. ORGANIZATION The event will take place at the specified location. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the event location. Changes may be made to the event area, program, stage setup, or event times due to weather conditions, security concerns, official decisions, or force majeure. 13. ARTIST, PROGRAM, AND TIME CHANGES The organization reserves the right to make changes to the artist lineup, performance times, event schedule, stage setup, or event content as deemed necessary.
