One day, while Bluey and Bingo, who love Festival Park very much, are playing with the picnickers in the park, bad news arrives. If they cannot pay off a $30 thousand debt within a week, their park faces closure. Plans are made immediately, and a Festival Park Donation Day is organized to save their park.
